This is Carmelis who passed her test in Cheltenham in an automatic. This is what instructor Tymek wrote: From the moment Carmelis reached out, it was clear she wasn’t just looking to pass a driving test—she wanted to become a confident, capable driver for life. She’d already spent around 80 hours with a previous instructor, failed twice, and felt stuck. She was honest about her frustrations, especially with roundabouts and unfamiliar roads. Over 54 hours together in just two months, we rebuilt her confidence from the ground up. I’ll never forget one early lesson where Carmelis broke down in tears—not from failure, but from finally being understood. We talked through her fears, reworked her approach, and little by little, she grew into the driver she wanted to be.
